Pay Rate: $74.59/hour, depending on experience

Raise is currently hiring a Firewall Specialist on behalf of our client. The role offers the opportunity to work with an industry leader in a dynamic environment.
Description The Firewall Specialist will be responsible for the intake, triage, and comprehensive governance of security change requests, with a specific focus on firewall and internet proxy modifications. In this hybrid role based in Vancouver (or remote within PST hours), you will ensure that all proposed network access rules align with corporate security standards, architecture designs, and industry frameworks like NIST. Beyond change management governance, you will serve as a subject matter expert and dedicated firewall specialist assigned to support high-priority technology initiatives across the organization.
