Fire Service Trainer - Part Time

CED-KS Fire & Rescue Training
**Primary Campus:**
University of Kansas Lawrence Campus
**Job Description:**
**70% Instructor:**
+ Serve as an instructor or safety officer (if qualified) for KFRTI programs and courses.
+ Coordinate scheduled courses with the lead instructor to provide a safe learning environment for students.
+ Work with the other instructors during multi-training program deliveries.
+ Adhere to the KFRTI Instructional Methodology during course delivery activities.
+ Manage safety and mitigate risk during training delivery.
+ Represent KFRTI and KU in all functions of this job in a professional, respectful, and customer-friendly manner.
**20% Certification Test Site Management and Transportation of Training Equipment**
+ Assist as an evaluator at KFRTI Certification Testing sites
