Summary
- This is a 3-month contract position with a local authority, focused on providing strategic and operational technical leadership in fire safety, fire engineering, and building safety risks across the Council’s housing portfolio. The role is crucial in supporting the Council's responsibilities as the Accountable Person and Principal Accountable Person for Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs). It involves delivering specialist advice, independent assurance, and oversight on fire safety compliance, design, refurbishment works, fire protection systems, contractor performance, and incident investigation.
