Duties & Responsibilities

Developing fire safety & compliance designs for multi-disciplinary construction projects throughout South Africa and abroad.

Attending to the full range of design aspects relating to rational fire designs and sprinkler installations.

Conducting fire risk analysis.

Planning, designing, organizing, and controlling complete projects.

Managing small and medium projects with none or limited guidance.

Managing large projects on an experience-proven basis or as part of the company fire design management team.

Professionally representing the company in client meetings, site meetings, and surveys.

Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation and general project management administration.

Developing briefs seeking approval for code equivalency. <...
