Job Description

Carry out services, repairs, and installations on all fire detection, BMS (Building Management Systems), and metering systems installed on the complex, in compliance with the relevant code of practice.

Responsibilities Safe and effective servicing and repairs of fire detection systems on the complex. Carry out planned preventative maintenance of all fire detection systems, including flow and tamper switches at valve chambers. Responsible for weekly service reports and printouts of detectors tested. Assist the air‑conditioning department with management of the BMS system when necessary. Assist with fault finding of the BMS network. Carry out minor installations as required in compliance with local codes and accepted practices. Attend to any breakdowns occurring after normal working hours safely and efficiently.
