Job Description

  • Fully accountable for the overall performance of the Finishing Division
  • Responsible for the set-up of the Division and to establish relevant working standards, Standard and Operating Procedures and to make sure working standards, Standard and Operating Procedures are strictly followed within the Division
  • Controlling production cost and use of production facilities 
  • Responsible for the department Manpower Planning & Overtime Control
  • Responsible for the smooth management (day to day) of the Finishing Division, controlling production activities in term or output quality and quantity and time delivery to achieve planned production.
  • Responsible to provide inputs / recommendations in his/her fields of expertise with close consultation with the Technical and QA/QC 
  • Responsible for the Health and Safety of the Department
