ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To work diligently with the VCs and QCs in their respective assigned factories.
  • Regularly update the daily report to superior for any immediate action.
  • Conduct production meeting, if necessary, for production solution and share knowledge about finishing process improvement.
  • Review and confirm All Step color panel at specific factory to meet intended company design.
  • Review Pilot run product until finish. Provide support in solving any finishing issue. Consult vendors finishing management to avoid issues in Mass production.
  • Follow Mass Production until finish and support in solving any finishing issue. Ensure take no more than 02 Review necessary for a launching of product.
  • Color mixing and checking with standard proper tools for mixing ratio and formulation.
  • Support vendors technician in completing Standard Finishing Copy for production use.
