Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

General operative duties in this instance could include:

  • Perform fitting rework activities including grinding, blasting, coating, and repair of fiberglass products
  • Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and PPE requirements with zero tolerance for unsafe behavior
  • Grind sharp edges on products without causing dimensional or surface damage
  • Inspect products for internal and external defects and perform necessary rework
  • Operate curing ovens, spray guns, grinders, and hand tools safely and correctly
  • Ensure rework processes meet quality standards and time targets
  • Perform accurate product labeling and stenciling as per SOP requirements
  • Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in work areas
  • Any other duties assign by superior from time to time
