Are you a multi-skilled patcher / finisher with an eye for detail? We are seeking an experienced tradesperson to join a busy new build housing site in Newcastle for an ongoing contract role.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in handing over a flawless product and wants the security of long-term work on a well-managed residential development.

The Role:

Carrying out high-quality internal patching, dry-lining repairs, and plaster touch-ups.
Making good walls, ceilings, and woodwork ahead of the final decoration stage.
Completing final internal snagging lists, including minor joinery adjustments and mastic/silicone sealing in kitchens and bathrooms.
Identifying and rectifying defects quickly to meet strict customer handover deadlines.
Working closely with the Site Manager to maintain quality control across the development.
