Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Basic Finance and Taxation Duties
- Handle routine tax filings through the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) online filing system
- Prepare employee payroll and the annual Payroll Summary (for tax reporting purposes)
- Organize and maintain all income and expense receipts and prepare relevant tax documentation
2. Human Resources Management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, resume screening, initial interviews, offer communication, etc.)
- Conduct new employee onboarding and arrange retraining for underperforming staff
- Maintain employee records (including required Philippine statutory forms)
- Handle employee disciplinary procedures and separation processes
- Assist in the development and improvement of company HR policies and procedures
