Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Basic Finance and Taxation Duties

  • Handle routine tax filings through the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) online filing system
  • Prepare employee payroll and the annual Payroll Summary (for tax reporting purposes)
  • Organize and maintain all income and expense receipts and prepare relevant tax documentation

2. Human Resources Management

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, resume screening, initial interviews, offer communication, etc.)
  • Conduct new employee onboarding and arrange retraining for underperforming staff
  • Maintain employee records (including required Philippine statutory forms)
  • Handle employee disciplinary procedures and separation processes
  • Assist in the development and improvement of company HR policies and procedures
