Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst to join our Management Accounting Team within the Finance function , to help us be a strategic partner to ING Spain management and business leaders. Together with a team of engaged professionals, you act as an advisor to various stakeholders (EXCO, Retail tribes, WB teams, COO domain etc.), by delivering timely, rigorous and insightful information and help bring the bank's strategy into execution.

You help the different teams to make their financial forecasts, track actuals vs. budget, and drive initiatives to improve the forecasts.
