About the job Financial Records Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Input and track receivables, expenditures, invoicing and expenses through Sunbase integrated from Quickbooks.
• must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City office
• must be willing and able to work the night shift
• must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
• must be able to start right away

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands‑on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
