Job Description
- Prepare and administer the annual budgeting process
- Perform monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual variance analysis post-closing
- Review and prepare monthly budget performance report for departments
- Conduct monthly cost review sessions with departments
- Analysis of cost performance and key corporate financial performance metrics
- Analysis of product P/L
- Prepare management reports as instructed by the CFO

Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- With at least 3-4 years of work experience in Accounting or FP&A
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles
- Proficient in spreadsheet applications and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
