Overview

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented FP&A professional to support both factory manufacturing cost analysis and Singapore entity-level financial planning. This role provides a unique blend of operational finance exposure and corporate FP&A responsibilities, working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Factory Manufacturing Cost Analysis

• Support factory data reporting—collect, validate, and submit datasets within agreed timelines.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of factory manufacturing costs, including material, labour, overhead, and logistics components.
• Partner with plant operations, production planning, and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers, variances, and efficiency metrics.
