Purpose: The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading EIA’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. The role provides forward-looking financial insights to senior management, supports strategic decision-making, and ensures financial discipline, transparency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
