Youll work closely with leadership, operational teams and stakeholders to ensure that the organisation remains financially healthy, compliant and future-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full financial management function across the business
• Prepare and review management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage the cash flow, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Lead month-end and year-end reporting and audit processes
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic financial insights
