Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Support and gradually take ownership of delivering an integrated financial accounting and administrative function to the business
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
Oversee and optimise working capital, including debtors, creditors, and cash flow management
Prepare and provide insightful analysis on monthly financial reports for head office
Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and internal reporting requirements
Assist in strengthening and maintaining internal controls and financial processes
Review balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounts, and journal entries for accuracy
Contribute to capital expenditure planning and cost optimisation initiatives
Collaborate closely with the finance team, with opportunities to develop people management skills
Liaise with auditors and other external stakeholders
