**Description:**
You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Production Operations and Quality team. Our team is responsible for financial analysis, cost & schedule management, and proposal pricing support for the Air Dominance and Strike Weapons (ADSW) Line of Business.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Financial Management Sr you will perform financial analysis for Production Operations and Quality, prepare performance reports, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Analyze weekly and monthly Performance Control Reports (PCRs) and Hours per Unit (HPU) charts.
+ Develop and maintain cost and schedule forecasts for ADSW programs.
+ Support proposal pricing and cost‑prevention activities.
+ Identify and recommend cost‑reduction initiatives through Kaizen and Lean events.
+ Prepare manpower detail reports and provide insights to senior leadership.
