Trexquant is a growing systematic fund manager with a team of accomplished technologists. As we expand our strategies, data, and infrastructure, we are seeking a Financial Controller to work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to support the firm’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily reconciliation processes and support monthly NAV production and review in coordination with fund administrators

+ Supervise and optimize treasury and collateral management activities across accounts

+ Coordinate and oversee annual audits and tax filings for both funds and the management company

+ Support management company accounting, including recording expenses, accruals, intercompany transactions, and supporting month-end close and financial reporting
