Responsibilities Purpose of the Role
The Financial Controller / Manager plays an active, hands-on role in managing the hotel’s financial processes, monthly closing, and day-to-day financial control. The position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial and controlling data, working closely with hotel management and the HQ Finance Team to support informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities
Hands-on preparation and coordination of monthly closing activities, including financial statements and management reports in line with company standards and statutory requirements
Direct involvement in day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy of postings, reconciliations, and financial records
Supervision, coaching, and practical support of the Accounting Team, with active involvement where required
Preparation of audit schedules and documentation, and hands-on coordination with internal and external auditors
