Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and monitor adequate internal controls across all finance functions, including segregation of duties, approval limits, reconciliations, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports to senior management.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely annual audited financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and notes.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with all Head of Departments and Head Office to develop and implement the budget.
• Monitor budget performance and provide analysis on variances between actual and budgeted figures on a timely basis to suggest any corrective actions.
• Develop financial forecasts and projections for the hotel management monthly and quarterly for the Board to assist in future planning.
