Cuautitlan Stamping & Assembly Plant Finance team is seeking a Finance Analyst with strong business acumen and the ability to interface with our operating partners.
- The Finance Analyst role is critical to reporting real-time cost performance and helping operations develop cost savings strategies throughout the facility.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance or Accounting (MBA is a plus).
Good communication and presentation skills (Spanish and English).
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well across multiple functions.
Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to nonfinancial professionals.
Excellent analytical ability and attention to details.
Self-Starter and quick learner.
Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments.
Required advance Excel and PowerPoint skills (Alteryx and Qlik Sense is a plus).
