Roles and Responsibilities

  • Book keeping-US holding company
  • Invoice/income processing
  • Journal entries Bank reconciliation
  • Interact with US accountants to assure tax compliance
  • Financial Analysis
  • Tenant lease data processing
  • Assist US management with budgets, variance analysis

    • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience 
  • Sound knowledge in accounting US GAAP & IFRS is must. 
  • Exp with accounting s/w-Quick Books,Appfolio,Yardi etc 
  • Exp with US &/or European companies is plus
