Job Description:

Reviews invoicing to ensure documentation meets our requirements: either rejects for unacceptable use of rate codes and therefore doesn't meet threshold to invoice for services or accepts invoicing and process payment request Acts as liaison between permitting, survey & design departments in the construction of residential and commercial locations.
Core Responsibilities
• Runs a variety of financial data, maintaining and updating financial models and plans.
• Reviews invoicing to ensure documentation meets our requirements: either rejects for unacceptable use of rate codes and therefore doesn't meet threshold to invoice for services, or rejects for more information, or accepts invoicing and process payment request.
