Responsibilities:
Leveraging your education and/or Customer Support experience or related professional business experience, you will identify, investigate, and reconcile customer payment differences.
You will be the point of contact for all Financial Audits and maintain email queue rules and telephone recordings.
Demonstrating your ability to problem solve and proactively implement solutions, you will perform root cause analysis to determine failure modes associated with each discrepancy and liaise with the appropriate parties to ensure failure mode controls are coordinated and prioritized for the businesses and are rolled out in an organized fashion.
