Offensive Security is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. This role will support company-wide financial planning, performance reporting, and commission operations. This position plays a key role in delivering actionable insights through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and scalable reporting processes.

Duties and responsibilities

• Perform detailed actual vs. budget analysis for bookings, units, and operating expenses; partner closely with Accounting to investigate and explain variances.
