Description
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support operational and accounting performance for a manufacturing on site in Butler, Indiana. This Long-term Contract position will partner closely with site leadership to evaluate financial results, identify trends, and provide insight that helps improve profitability and decision-making. The role also contributes to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and close activities while promoting strong financial controls and process efficiency.


Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Controller and site leadership to review operating results, assess performance trends, and deliver financial insights that support business objectives.

• Analyze customer profitability, spending patterns, and cost drivers to highlight risks, opportunities, and actions that can improve financial outcomes.
