Job Description

The Financial Analyst will work for the Financial Planning, Analysis- and Accounting Department supporting Manufacturing.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reporting, analysis, forecasting and closing activities
  • Meet reporting &closing deadlines and assure high quality reporting standards
  • Support Accounting activities (e.g. accruals)
  • Manufacturing Spending control and analysis
  • Headcount & Salaries Planning
  • Forecasting & tracking of headcount and monitoring of hiring plan
  • Forecasting and tracking of non-headcount related expenditures
  • Support Manufacturing- and Quality-Cost Reserve Processes
  • Execute Variance Analysis and Forecasting
  • Support the Balance Sheet Review process
  • Cost Accounting Activities for Manufacturing
  • Finance Business Partnering to drive operational efficiency gains
