Financial Administrator

Dawn InfoTek Inc. We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team and support our financial operations.

Duties

• Creating invoices to our customers in QuickBooks
• Entering all expenses into QuickBooks
• Tracking the Accounting Payables and Receivables
• Prepare the payment for employees’ Payroll and vendors’ invoices
• Prepare the HST, WSIB, EHT, Corporation Tax installment, Payroll tax
• Maintaining and organizing vendor documents
• Assisting clients to forecast budget for projects or resources, and provide other documents as required.
• Generating different types of reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
• Conducting weekly & monthly Bank and credit cards reconciliation.
