FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (SAIPA) - R70k pm - NORTHERN SUBURBS, CPT Our client, a Leader in the FMCG sector has an opportunity for a strong SAIPA Accountant with FMCG experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts, variance commentary, and reporting packs for the Head of Finance.
• Complete month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and provisioning.
• Reconcile VAT and other statutory accounts ahead of SARS submissions.
• Keep the fixed asset register current and accurate.
• Run monthly stock counts, investigate variances with warehouse and production teams, and produce inventory reconciliation reports.
• Review sales, margin trends, trade terms and the profitability of promotional activity.
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls across financial and operational processes.
