Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs
Maintain GL integrity, reconciliations, AP, AR, and cashbooks
Manage journals, VAT submissions, and statutory compliance
Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
Oversee financial processes across multiple properties/entities

Skills & Requirements:

BCom Finance / Accounting qualification
5+ years Financial Accounting experience
Strong IFRS reporting and reconciliations exposure
Experience on SAP, Oracle SmartStream, Sage AccPac, or similar ERP systems
Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
Property industry experience highly advantageous
