1. Monitor & check company expenses and cash flow.
2. Supervise the daily operation in providing excellent services to other departments.
3. Evaluate team performance.
4. Check, review & approve minor expenses needed for daily operation.
5. Ensure that team members provide excellent results per department.
6. Accountable for daily operation.
7. Monitor collections.
8. Monitor day-to-day transactions.
9. Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments.
10. Perform orientations and/or schedule training as needed for employees.
11. Implement and follow organization’s guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH).
