- Audit daily revenue from Rooms, F&B, Banquets, and other hotel outlets.
- Verify Night Audit reports and ensure accurate revenue postings.
- Reconcile PMS, POS, credit card settlements, and other revenue sources.
- Review discounts, rebates, refunds, complimentary services, and rate variances.
- Prepare and circulate Daily Revenue Reports (DRR).
- Identify and resolve revenue discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with RHG financial policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Support month-end closing and internal/external audits.
- Maintain accurate records and audit documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2–4 years of experience in Income Audit or Hotel Finance.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS, POS systems, and MS Excel preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
