Job Description
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with policies.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile financial discrepancies.
- Supervise a team of finance staff and provide training.
- Identify financial improvement opportunities and implement effective controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- With 5 years of solid experience in accounting/finance and bookkeeping fields, including supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge in A/R, billing, financial reconciliations and payroll tasks
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), accounting systems/software and data entry.
