Responsibilities

• Responsible for bank deposit confirmation, deposit checks of Member’s (CA)
• In-charge of uploading of commission
• Fund transfer Check Printing _Commission
• Encoding of Fund transfer to general ledger
• Updating of Outstanding Check (Issued check for Expenses and Purchases)
• Downloading and emailing commission- UNION TRANSFER BINARY, UNILEVEL AND DIRECT Commission.
• Releasing checks and record suppliers checks.
• Processed other bills and payment.
• Check Direct selling commission of client from online orders thru company mystore.
• Other duties may be assigned by the department head.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business or Accounting related course
• At least 6 months related finance experience
• Keen to details, MS Office above skills and can interact with bank personnel.
