Job Description
HRSI is looking for Finance Staff for one of its leading client
Responsibilities
- Handling of petty cash along with daily reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction. This process includes verification of invoices and supporting documents and ensuring that all expenses are charged to the correct General Ledger (GL) accounts.
- On a daily basis, the role involves a thorough review of vendor invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy of all required information. This includes verification of vendor and company NTN details, registered addresses, and confirmation of tax compliance such as correct tax rates, vendor registration status, and applicable withholding requirements. The review also covers supporting documents including purchase orders, comparative statements, DCMRs, purchase requisitions, and service completion certificates, where applicable.
