We are seeking a motivated Finance Staff member to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support daily treasury functions and Accounting functions. The ideal candidate will optimize financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies.



Treasury Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily tracking of bank balances and cash forecasting.

- Handle bank reconciliations, check processing, and wire transfer payments.

- Prepare the daily petty cash report.

- Manage fund transfer requests and maintain bank relationships.

- Monitor company investments.

- Manage day-to-day cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.



Accounting Responsibilities:

- Maintain and record accounts payable for raw materials in both USD and Peso.

- Maintain and record accounts payable for USD transactions.
