Job Responsibilities

1. Overall Financial Management
2. Take full charge of finance, accounting, taxation, capital and compliance management of the Spanish subsidiary, and ensure the authenticity, accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
3. Tax Compliance & Planning
4. Have in-depth knowledge and practical application of tax laws in Spain and the EU, especially corporate tax, VAT and transfer pricing. Guarantee full tax compliance, proactively conduct tax optimization, mitigate tax risks and manage tax inspections effectively.
5. Financial Reporting & Analysis
6. Lead monthly, quarterly and year-end closing as well as financial statement preparation in compliance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP required by the Group. Deliver high-quality financial analysis reports to support management decision-making.
