Job Title: Finance Manager Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting Prepare finance inputs for monthly analysis, shareholder, and stakeholder reports. Prepare finance inputs for Board meeting reports.

2. Cash Flow Management Manage cash, ensuring optimal use for the project SPV and compliance with all lender covenants. Provide timely cash reporting and forecasting. Maintain treasury and banking relationships, acting as the primary operational bank contact. Liaise with lenders and auditors to ensure compliance with all filing requirements and resolve accounting issues. Review and approve payments (electronic or manual). Oversee repayment of loans, reviewing calculations for accuracy. Manage the payment of dividends and distributions to shareholders.
