Role & Responsibilities:

• Support in finalizing financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variance.
• Prepare and maintain Key Ratios & KPIs (Key performance Indicators)
• Booking Keeping & Accounting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SEBI LODR, Companies Act, Ind AS, etc.)
• Manage reporting timelines and deadlines.
• Support in IR (Investor Relations) functions.
• Support in projecting activities.
• Support Audit & Inspection (Statutory, Internal, Exchanges, SEBI)
• Drive process automation and development.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidate should be qualified CA
• 2-3 years of Experience in accounts,
• Should be team player
• Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving attitude.
• Innovative & Change Management
• Should be multi-tasking.
