Opportunity to join a fast growing energy trading organization with international presence as Finance Manager.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance for two legal entities, Singapore and Japan. Your duties include liaising with the outsourced service provider, overseeing the monthly review of financial statements for the JV entity, preparing the annual budget, and managing the monthly financial consolidation. You will also liaise with external auditors and tax agents, manage banking relationships, and handle matters related to Letters of Credit, e-banking, and project financing.

Additionally, you will work closely with the CEO to support the review of project financial models and agreements.
