A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the full finance function, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full finance function


• Ensure statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, etc.)


• Financial reporting, budgets & cash flow


• Manage debtors, creditors & working capital


• Costing analysis & performance tracking


• Lead and manage finance team


• Oversee Syspro system and reporting


• Drive continuous improvement & cost-saving initiatives


• Stock, WIP & inventory financial control

Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Accounting


• CA(SA) advantageous


• 5+ years financial management experience
