Job Summary: The Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting the transition and daily operations of the RTR team. This role ensures that all financial tasks are performed effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support the AU/NZ business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of Group external reporting schedules and statutory tax returns.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reviews and variance analysis to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Drive team engagement and instill a culture of continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.
• Act as a point of contact for complex accounting guidance and internal/external audit support.
