This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team focused on investing in and building software for emerging crypto and blockchain technologies. As the investment advisor to several offshore funds serving global investors, Dialectic values experience or interest in offshore fund accounting, reporting, and related financial disciplines.

The ideal candidate is highly AI-native and comfortable operating with modern AI tools and workflows, including strong familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, Codex, and related AI-assisted research, analysis, and productivity environments.
