Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding administrative support to the Business Manager and team
  • Assist customers with finance and insurance processes, ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, team members, and external partners
  • Multitask seamlessly in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with confidence
  • Use a variety of computer programs and dealership systems with ease

    • You'll succeed in this role if you bring:

  • Finance, banking, or insurance experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, especially under pressure
  • Clear and friendly communication via phone, email, and in person
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems
