What You'll Be Doing: Take the lead in
credit control and accounts receivable (AR) management
for assigned clients. Track, manage, and maintain
an up-to-date AR aging report, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments. Communicate directly with clients
to resolve payment delays, disputes, and discrepancies with professionalism and empathy. Issue
statements of accounts, invoices, and dunning letters
where necessary to support collections. Ensure
