Job purpose The Director Finance & CFO is responsible for leading the Finance function in-country, ensuring strong financial stewardship, governance, and strategic business partnering with GM and LT. The role drives financial performance, safeguards compliance, and enables informed decision‑making to deliver business growth, standardisation, resourcing analysis, pricing and performance management and talent development aligned with GSK’s strategic priorities.
