Support the effective coordination and administration of financial operations within the Finance Unit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial reporting, budget coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between finance departments.
• Prepare financial reports, track budget utilization, and support procurement and payment processes.
• Maintain financial records and documentation, and assist in monitoring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Facilitate the consolidation of financial data, follow up on pending financial actions, and support the officer in financial planning, analysis, and operational decision‑making.
• Support audit requirements and contribute to improving financial processes and administrative efficiency within the finance unit.
