KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Accounts & Financial Reporting Own the complete Accounts function general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and month-end / year-end closures Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely manner Develop and maintain a robust MIS reporting framework with dashboards for revenue, cost, margins, and cash flow presented monthly to the MD/CEO Manage the chart of accounts and ensure accounting policies are consistently applied across the organisation 2.
