Financial Controller

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Big 4 and/or the pharmaceutical industry ; experience in generic pharma is strongly preferred.



Global Responsibility

We are looking for a Financial Controller – to support financial performance management across Northern Europe . Based on-site in Madrid and reporting to the FP&A Manager , this role will drive high-quality financial planning, reporting and business insights, ensuring accurate performance tracking and supporting decision-making across the Generics organization.



Own and coordinate the planning cycle for the region (budget, forecast updates, long-range planning where applicable).

Perform variance analysis vs. budget/forecast/prior year; Act as a finance business partner for Northern Europe stakeholders, supporting performance reviews and commercial/operational initiatives.
